Design & Build Questions

I’m always happy to meet customers but most meetings are online via Zoom/Skype at a time to suit you.

All website builds are bespoke and tailored to ensure your business success. Once we have discussed your requirements I can provide you with several options to consider with a focus on keeping within your budget.

Timescales are dependent upon your requirements. For a basic brochure site a typical design and build would be 1 week, for more complicated sites it would be up to 4 weeks.

Once we have agreed your project is a great fit and you have made an initial deposit I aim to start your design within 48 hours and will agree a timescale with you depending upon your requirements.

I cover this in more detail during our discussions but typically I’ll need your brand guidelines, logo, and written content you have prepared and any photos etc you wish to use.

Support Questions

I offer a range of support packages depending upon your needs but as a standard I offer 3 months support to ensure you are confident with your site management and maintenance.

Yes! For marketing websites I will arrange a 1 hour video call to provide training on how to manage and update your website.

Yes. Websites I build are based upon WordPress which powers over 40% of websites globally.  It is an easy to use content management system enabling you to make content changes with ease.

My aftercare packages include hosting options tailored to suit your individual needs. All hosting I offer is a premium Litespeed service to ensure optimal website performance and reliability.

All websites I create include SSL as standard.
